Each storage building offers slightly different amenities while always providing you with the safety and security you deserve as well as 24 hour access to your property. Let’s explore the possibilities.

Storage building #1 picture above, offers clients the privacy and security they deserve. Each unit is dry walled, painted and can accommodate a 45 ft motor home. These large garage units have individually metered electric and gas utilities. Heated inside storage means no winterizing.

Another inside storage option was created in 2015. Building #2 is a 5 unit building offering extra large storage. Each 52ft long space is divided by an 8ft tall demising wall. The open ceiling concept allows for the efficient flow of natural gas heat. The temperature is set @55F degrees for the winter season. Each unit shares the monthly heat bill. The RV Spa will provide a copy of the total heat bill with an invoice for each unit’s share.

Our RV outside storage clients deserves safety and security for their motor homes and campers. Each gravel space is flat for ease of backing your vehicle into the 45ft long space.

Behind the SEMI-TRUCK GATE, you will find wide open gravel spaces for rent.

Professional drivers will find ample room to turn and back into their 80 ft gravel spaces. At any time day or night, our drivers know a parking space will be available for them. We do not double book any spaces at the RV Spa.
